Katrine ‘Trinkie’ Watson, a California and Nevada Regional Lake Tahoe Broker®, was the 1995 President of the Incline Village Board of Realtors®. In 1996, she was selected Realtor® of the Year in Incline Village, and she was 1997 President of the Tahoe Sierra Multiple Listing Service. In the real estate business for 44 years, she is a resource for fine residential properties in and around the Lake Tahoe Basin. Trinkie graduated with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a believer in continuing education in her profession. Through the National Association of Realtors®, she has earned the designations of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtors® Institute (GRI), Leadership Training Graduate (LTG) and Performance Management Network (PMN) as well as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Trinkie’s extensive leadership background began in school and continues today as an officer or director of numerous organizations. She was President of the Lake Tahoe Music Festival twice and is currently a member of the Cancer Advisory Council for the Tahoe Forest Health System.
Trinkie is a dog lover and is raising her seventh German Shepherd.

Cheryl has been the executive assistant for David Gemme for 4 years. She started as his assistant and personal manager and moved into processing short sale properties and then onto bank owned properties, as well as escrows and other assistant work. She has previously managed Ski West (Truckee) a vacation property management company and had 20 ski leases and 30 vacation rentals (50 homes in all). Cheryl will one day get her Real Estate Salesperson license and be a Realtor as well as an assistant to Dave and Trinkie.

Teri began her love of residential real estate twenty years ago when she purchased her first home for an income property. Over the next fifteen years, she and her husband bought and sold several other properties making it a part of their investment portfolio. After this personal success, she was motivated to help others achieve their real estate goals and became a California licensed agent. For the next five years Teri sold homes in the southern part of the Central Coast. A small investment property and a fractional ownership in a vacation home locally started an attraction to Truckee. Since deciding to relocate to this north shore area of Lake Tahoe three years ago, Teri has taken her real estate business in a new direction by helping other agents succeed in their sales transactions by providing her organizational skills and expertise in coordinating the details during the escrow process.

Rebekah became interested in real estate when she married and moved to Truckee in 2006. She obtained her real estate license and sold real estate for a couple years but then became more interested in the web aspect of real real estate. She now manages the real estate web site for Trinkie Watson & David Gemme as well as other online marketing, social networking for the team. She also handles the online marketing for listings and helps promote their web exposure.
